Refund policy
At FS2 Supply Co our goal is to create a community of loyal and satisfied customers, or what we call FS2 Familia! If there happens to be a damaged item in your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make it right!
EXCHANGE POLICY
Damaged items may be exchanged for in stock items only (We do not accept returns/refunds). Please note that our women’s collection of short sleeved tees tend to run 1-2 sizes small.
All exchanges must be received within 14 days of purchase.To be eligible for an exchange, you must have your original receipt or order number. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn and unused, free of pet hair & lint, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start an exchange, please contact us at kelly@fs2supplyco.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll notify you via email and include instructions on how and where to send your package. Once your exchange is received by us, we will notify you via email and find out what item you would like in exchange. Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your exchange once it is received.
Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged such as pet apparel, face masks and custom products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
